Subscription and Shipping

  • Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days on the same day you initially subscribed.
  • Boxes ship around the 15th of each month.
  • You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime before the 21st of the month.

Returns and Refunds

  • Most sales are final, and items cannot be returned due to their nature.
  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a resolution.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed to the original payment method if approved.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Mail

  • The Oddball Club is not responsible for incorrect addresses, unclaimed mail, or customer errors.

Ordered and received medium mystery box from today. I received total 17 cute items. She gets double points for selecting two of the items in my favorite color- lavender.
